Do I need to give you my registrar password?
Only if you want us to add records for you. Your other option is the do-it-yourself path: we send you a copy-pasteable list of records and you add them in Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc. We support both.
How is my registrar password stored?
Encrypted at rest using Laravel's application key. Only an admin can read it during setup, and it is purged from our database after delivery if you ask us to.
Which mail providers do you support?
Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, and self-hosted Postfix + Dovecot on a VPS you provide. Microsoft 365 is available on request.
How long does setup take?
Most Workspace/Zoho setups complete within 24–48 hours of receiving your info. Self-hosted Postfix builds usually take 48–72 hours.
What happens if MXToolbox doesn't pass?
We don't mark your order delivered until the report is green. If something goes wrong after delivery, we'll fix it free within the support window of your plan.
Can you set up email for more than one domain?
Yes — the Business Multi-Domain plan covers up to 5 domains and 10 mailboxes. For larger setups, contact us for a quote.
Do I need to change my website hosting?
No. Email setup only touches DNS records (MX, TXT). Your website stays exactly where it is.
Will you migrate my old email?
Mailbox data migration is not included in the base plans. If you need it, mention it in the contact form and we'll quote it separately.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see our refund policy. In short: full refund before we've started work, partial refund proportional to work done after.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once per setup. We do not store payment info or recurring billing on our end.
