After checkout you fill in a short form: your domain, registrar, mail provider preference, and the mailboxes you want. Optionally share registrar access (encrypted at rest) — or we send you a copy-paste DNS record list to add yourself.

We configure DNS + your provider
We verify domain ownership inside your provider account, publish MX records, and write the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records aligned to that provider. You can watch progress live in your order dashboard.

We test deliverability end-to-end
Once DNS has propagated globally we run live test sends from each new mailbox to monitored inboxes. We confirm SPF passes, DKIM signatures verify, and DMARC alignment is correct. If anything's amber, we fix it.

Delivery + MXToolbox pass report
