Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ConfiguredMail, a service operated by StellarCove INC ("we", "us", "our"), located at 211 N Broadway, Suite 2440, St. Louis, MO 63102. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
We configure business email delivery for your domain — including MX records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC — using either a third-party provider you designate (e.g. Google Workspace, Zoho) or a self-hosted mail stack on a VPS you provide. Deliverables are described on the pricing page for the plan you purchase.
2. Your responsibilities
You represent that you own or are authorized to manage the domain and any servers, registrars, or provider accounts you give us access to. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any underlying provider fees (for example, your Google Workspace subscription) that are not part of our setup fee.
3. Credentials and access
If you share registrar or server credentials, we store them encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Credentials are used solely for fulfilling your order and are deleted after delivery upon request.
4. Payment
All prices are in US dollars and payable in advance via our payment processor, Authorize.Net. Fees are one-time per order — we do not store card details or charge recurring amounts.
5. Acceptable use
Our services may not be used to configure email infrastructure intended for spam, phishing, malware distribution, harassment, impersonation, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR). We may decline orders for domains or sender profiles showing signs of abuse, and we may suspend or cancel an order without refund if we reasonably believe it is being used to violate this clause.
6. Warranties and liability
We deliver configurations that pass an MXToolbox deliverability check at the time of delivery. We make no warranty regarding future deliverability, which depends on third-party providers and your ongoing sending practices. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.
7. Termination
You may cancel an order before work begins for a full refund per our Refund Policy. We may cancel an order if you breach these Terms, and will refund any unworked portion as described in that policy.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
