This Privacy Policy describes what personal data ConfiguredMail, a service operated by StellarCove INC (located at 211 N Broadway, Suite 2440, St. Louis, MO 63102), collects, how we use it, and your choices about it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, optional company and phone, the domain(s) you want configured, your current DNS/registrar and mail provider preference, desired mailbox addresses, and — if you provide it — registrar or server credentials. Our payment processor collects your card details directly; we only store the last four digits and a transaction ID.

How we use it

We use your data solely to deliver the service you ordered, communicate with you about that order, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sensitive credentials

Registrar and server credentials are encrypted at rest. They are accessible to the staff member fulfilling your order and are deleted after delivery on request.

Third parties

We share limited data with these processors: Authorize.Net (payments), our email provider for system mail (e.g. receipts and status updates), and the cloud infrastructure where this site is hosted. Each processor acts under its own privacy policy.

Retention

We retain order records for at least seven years for accounting purposes. You can request deletion of chat message content and account data at any time by writing to support@configuredmail.com, subject to any legal holds.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to us at the address above to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use only the session and CSRF cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not run any third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
