Refund Policy

We want you to feel safe ordering from us. If we can't deliver the outcome we promised, you should not be out of pocket.
Before work begins
If you cancel before we've started configuring anything (typically the "Pending" or "Awaiting Info" state in your dashboard), you get a 100% refund within 3 business days.
Work in progress
If you cancel after we've begun configuring your DNS records or mail provider (the "In Progress" state), you get a partial refund proportional to the work not yet done. The minimum retained fee is 25% of the plan price.
Delivered orders
Once your order is delivered and MXToolbox passes, the setup fee is non-refundable. If something breaks because of our configuration within the support window of your plan, we'll fix it at no cost.
Payment gateway fees
Authorize.Net may retain a small processing fee on refunds; we do not mark this up.
How to request a refund
Reply in your order chat, email support@configuredmail.com, or call (636) 246-6202 with your order number. Written requests can also be mailed to StellarCove INC, 211 N Broadway, Suite 2440, St. Louis, MO 63102. We'll confirm the refund amount and process it to the original card.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us first — we'll almost always reach a fair resolution. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in disclosure of the full order record to the payment processor as evidence of the service rendered.
